Radar Observer Unlimited

 

 

An applicant successfully completing this course, will satisfy the requirements of 46 CFR 10.480 of endorsements as Radar Observer (Unlimited).  This course is for first time students who need the radar endorsement.  Subjects include:  radar theory, radar plotting, radar navigation and radar operations.
